Education and Research Promotion Office

The Education and Research Promotion Office of Nagoya University, Graduate School of Letters was established as part of the project under the initiative called "Attractive Education in Graduate School" which was adopted in 2006. Its goals are to structurally and effectively develop educational and research activities at the Graduate School with an international perspective, as well as to improve the quality of those activities based on various evaluations. The office is engaged in a variety of activities, such as holding workshops, aiming to achieve substantial outcomes of Graduate School education and the implementation of "Training Programs for Field Workers in Humanities" with advice from the Academic Advising Committee (AAC), an outside advisory organization. The office is comprised of a Director (Vice Dean), academic staff (faculty) and other members, with full-time administrative assistants.
